10,600 deaths were recorded in 11 months by the DWP.  Unsurprisingly, no statistics have been released more recently, but there is no doubt that the government’s work capability assessments are driving people to suicide. Now things are even worse and if you appeal a decision, you receive no benefit through the sometimes very lengthy period of the appeal and are left to fend for yourself.
